I am not the biggest fan of rabbit style vibrators, they just don’t ‘do it’ for me but occasionally I am sent one to review and I have to view it from an open perspective.
Nexus had kindly asked me to review the Femme Cadence Dual Stimulator vibrator for free, in return for an open and honest review.
It comes in a sleek and stylish rectangle shaped box, purple and black and very eye catching. All the information regarding this sex toy can be found on one side of the box, which is good.
The Cadence is made from 100% silicone, it contains no phthalates or latex components and is non-porous and it is also waterproof.
It’s basic in looks and has a sort of S shape to it. The controls can be found on the plastic handle, three buttons; 1 x on/off, 1 x vibrations of the rabbit, 1 x vibrations of the clitoris stimulator.
To switch this vibrator on, simply press the ‘on/off’ button and the same with switching it off. The left button operates the head of this sex toy, where there is a bulbous tip, this has 3 speed settings. The right button operates the clitoral stimulators vibration modes, of which there are 6 settings. There is nothing complicated with this vibrator, which I like.
It is a rechargeable sex toy and will take approx. 2 hours to get a full charge, which gives you around 70 minutes of sexy play time.
With the Nexus Femme Cadence, you will receive the following; 1 x vibrator, 1 x USB charge lead, 1 x operations manual and 1 x storage bag. Be aware that you will not receive a plug with this product but do not worry, as you can charge your vibrator either via a laptop or using a mobile phone’s plug charger.
To clean is pretty easy, as it is waterproof, you can wash it in warm soapy water and then spray over an antibacterial sex toy cleaner, then leave it to dry.
Previously, I had reviewed a Toyko Design vibrator that had a similar bulbous operation mode but it just didn’t sit right for me. But with the Femme Cadence, that bulbous part gave my G-spot a work out that will never be forgotten! I lubed up the Cadence shaft with my favorite water-based lubricant and gently inserted the vibrator into me. Once I had inserted the vibrator to it’s full extent, it sat against my G-spot comfortably. Starting off with the lowest of the 3 settings, I let the Cadence work it’s magic and within minutes, my body was quivering for more, something stronger, so I up’d my game and jumped to the 3rd setting.
I find it hard to orgasm from my G-spot, I am more of a clitoris lover but the Cadence seemed to make me cum with ease, even timing myself, I was reaching a full orgasm by 10 minutes of masturbating and I loved every single minute of it!
If I am honest, the clitoral prong didn’t do much for me, it was all in the head. But I don’t like dual stimulation, it’s either one or the other.
This really is a rabbit style vibrator that seemed to sway my body into a positive direction of thinking, a big fat YES to this sex toy! I love the way that this vibrator is purely simply, no techie or fiddly bits and packs a punch.
I would highly suggest that if you are a fan of rabbit style vibrators, then you need to get your sexy little mitts on the Nexus Femme Cadence vibrator.
You can purchase the Cadence vibrator from the Nexus main website for £99.00 GBP. Is this a fair price? I am on the fence with this, yes I loved the experience but I wish the neck of the vibrator had to give to it. Maybe a silicone element that made it softer and bendy, it would make masturbating a lot more comfortable, having the vibrator move around me, rather than me around it. But saying that, it did deliver!
Let’s see if they release a version 2 at some point…………
I have to get Nexus 10 out of 10 for this design, they seem to be getting a fair few products on ‘the ball’ over the last year or so, let’s hope they keep on this upward hill of sex toy genius!
